What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone

Honestly kinda of struggle with food ideas for my family. We have 3 kids and I'm trying to make it easy for everyone without having to cook separate meals. Any meal suggestions that your kids like?

I do as suggested above and make one meal and adjust with sides. Lettuce wraps for me and wraps for everyone else. Bunless burgers for me, and vegetarian burger on a bun for my child who wont eat beef or pork. Fish and chips and salad but I skip the chips. Lately I have been doing a make your own salad bar where everyone can choose their protein and veg. A bit of prep work but went over well and will become a regular.

We always offered what we made but had some normal kid food that was easy like chicken nuggets, burger, or soups on hand for the kids because their taste can be so bland when they are young.
