@aautumn. Hi I have a question I have hardly lost anything unless my scale is broken. I was already gluten free. I am doing A now for my containers I e taken everything else out of my diet as well Nd have been drinking the correct amount of water. Sometimes a little mire. I’ve had constipation issues for years and very slow digestion but I’ve ramped up the veggies have not touched a piece of red meat even. I walk extra do my workout and keep more busy than normal. My knees and thumbs and wrists have been hurting more lately than they have in the past. Not sure what else it could be that is still causing the joint inflammation, constipation and stomach bloat :(. Any suggestions ?

Hey Heather Because none of us are doctors including the game host I don't think you will get a definite answer. I can only tell you that it could be so many different things causing your symptoms. I have many of the same problems. My recommendation is to go see your doctor. Many of us have played games and not lost the required weight, but it sounds like you are doing all the right things. You could be building muscle which will slow your weight loss, as muscle weighs more that fat. Keep doing what you're doing and the weight will come off. Join another game! Best wishes hope you get some answers and feel better.
