  • Happy Monday all!

    Hope everyone is doing good. Wanted to jump on and post the Starbucks gift card winners from Friday. Ladies please contact me, coffees on me.

    Week 2 let’s head into it strong and confident. Believing that we can accomplish the goal ahead is such an important part of your success. You must recognize your ability to accomplish your goal and stay optimistic about the future as you achieve what you’ve set out to. I’m a big advocate of daily positive affirmations I tell myself out loud that I can do this. I have done it through my entire weightloss. It really does make all the difference. Even if at the start of something you don’t think it’s possible if you tell yourself something enough you’re bound to believe it. Besides like I always say if you don’t believe in yourself who will?

    What’s everyone working toward this week other than chipping away at your dietbet goal? Mine is to get at least two 2 a days in and a cycle workout m-f after work. Making my water and sleep a priority is also at the top of my list.
