    HAPPY MONDAY ROCKSTARS!! Sometimes the trick to the next weight loss isn’t a new method but a new recipe. This week’s weight loss challenge is to make sure you eat 2 cups of veggies by 2 pm. This helps your weight as well as health and sense of control throughout the day. This Greek cauliflower rice recipe is one of my favorites and is full of a variety of veggies.

Does anyone have any tips for the gas that cauliflower causes me? I’ve tried so many times and I’ve added baking soda and tried cooking it down for a long time. I just can’t do it- I end up smelling the room up.
