It's Friday!! Monday you all start to Weigh In! I want you to please take 10 minutes to study your tracker and really get clear about what a weight loss day looks like for you. Find 2-3 days that led to big drops on the scale and make notes of foods, patterns, meal times and behaviors that have been working for you. This way you can plan super effectively these next few days and cut your work out for yourself.
Yesterday I didn’t meet my water goal, didn’t have veggies most for dinner and barely moved all day lol! So I wasn’t surprised by today’s results but because I know what I have to do for the next few days, I’m still feeling good about Monday.

Where are you at? What are 3 things you need to focus on to hit your goal???
