Happy Saturday all!

Anyone have good plans?!?!

We're visiting some friends this weekend, one of my childhood besties just had their second baby so I get to meet him - newborn snuggles...gahhhh love em.

Weekends can either be the easiest or hardest part of your week when you've got goals - when i was working a 9-5 m-f job, weekends were my best days because work made it hard for me to stay on track - there was always SOMETHING around, food is the love language of so many people.

I'm all about small victories - whats something small you can commit to this weekend that will help you feel proud on monday even if you did nothing else? Nothing major - just something small. 10 minute walk? Go no coffee/alcohol on sunday?

The feeling of pride at getting that small thing accomplished will set you up for a good week come Monday - so, pick something you know you'll do!

We attended my daughter peers birthday party Saturday. We picked up dairy free pizza and cupcakes for her and I to eat at the party. We split what is considered an individual pizza. A lot of walking around watching the kiddos play. Sunday we took a walk/hike with the kids in what is called the land locked forest here in our town. Was out walking for 1.5 hours before it got too hot. Then some yard work.
