  • Who knows Falafels? This is one of my favorite food. I do them myself, do a lot and freeze them. Easy to make, cost nothing, very healthy, full of nutriments. My kids like to eat it in pitta bread with tons of ketchup and chips lol. I eat it with salad and some hot sauce. Give it a try its realy easy and worth it.
