Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Hi Everyone! I’ve been working from home and in a Province (Yes,I’m Canadian ☺) with no family. Toss in that I quit smoking (10mth) it’s been a prefect storm for emotional eating and snacking. I’m hoping this will be a way to keep me in check and drop these pounds.
