Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Hey Warriors how are y’all doing? Let me tell you it’s getting rough for me. This prep is kicking my butt. I hope you all are good.

Let’s stay strong this weekend. So a challenge is to post an active workout rather it be that you got outside, post a sweaty selfie or your tracker.

This is the time to step it up a bit and keep those healthy new habits going. Also someone will win a $25 amazon gift card so let’s do this.
