For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I am a little irritated. I barely made the September 1 weigh in, then went completely off the rails throughout September and totally missed the October 1 weigh in. Got myself back together, as we do in life, and set my sights on the November 1 weigh in. Went back to eating and drinking reasonable amounts - no weight loss. Joined OrangeTheory last week and love it - no weight loss. I’m going to have to start logging food. Ugh. I hate logging food. But it’s the only way. Isn’t it ridiculous that we lie to our own selves about the calories we take in? No matter what, I’ve lost enough to qualify for the last weigh in. There’s still time to win. Happy Friday! I too despise logging calories and I too even lie to myself as I do that. I usually have to set my limit lower because I know near the end of the day I’ll cheat a little. That works pretty well for me. I don’t go off the rails cheating but I’ll sneak in a glass of wine or piece of chocolate that I “miss” putting on my log. I’ve also tried intermittent fasting a bit lately and that’s really helpful! I pick the days where I’m in back to back meetings at work or running errands all day so I don’t even have time to think about how hungry I am. And I drink lots of black coffee and water to stay “full”.
