For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I did too! I was pretty down last week and went back to old habits. Today is a new day. We got this! :muscle:

Try Not to focus on what's already happened. You can't change what happened yesterday but you can change what you do today and what you do everyday going forward. Don't let a gain get you down. Believe in yourself and know that you will lose that weight and you will keep your eyes focused on the goal. You can do this. Never give up!
