So excited to be on this journey with all of you! I started my next phase of my weight loss journey on Tuesday, I say next phase because it is not a one time thing and you're there, it takes consistency, determination, commitment, endurance, etc.

Side Question: What are you doing to lose weight? Any awesome tips and tricks?

Long story short, I have been going hard into my exercise routine, combining a fitness program with climbing stairs 10mins a day.

BUT WOW! I am super stiff. I walk like a penguin! Tiny steps...

I can't remember when was the last time I felt this stiff. Any advice givers? I am going to take it easy today just to give my muscles a bit of recovery time, but I would love to keep it going. I am a bit afraid of losing momentum...

It’s good to take off if you’re that sore, but also try a little bit of stretching on your off days. It will feel good and it’s good for your mobility. To lose weight I am a WW member and just focus on making healthy food choices. I also exercise 5-6 days a week. I hope that helps!
