  • Is there anything that has been a roadblock for you in your weight loss success? If so, what do you plan on doing now to change that and over come it?

My roadblocks that I basically cause myself... Emotional eating... Binging... And the war inside my head. I'm trying to get these under control.

Don't beat yourself up about being your own biggest roadblock! I think almost everyone battles those same demons! We all have emotional baggage, and overeat really BAD (but delicious) foods to feel good! And the more stress you have in your life, the harder is is to stay disciplined and make good diet and exercise choices! As long as you keep working at it and don't give up... you're WINNING!
