How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

How’s everyone doing? What’s your game plan?
Low carb? Calorie counting? Weight training? Cardio?

I’m a fan of calorie counting, weight training and light cardio

Running and counting calories! But definitely plateauing now! :confounded:

I have tried everything from low fat to keto and everything in between. I can lose but can’t maintain the loss. I’ve decided eat less and move more with a focus on whole unprocessed food and lean protein is probably the easiest to keep up long term. I get sucked into fads and packaged foods and find they just aren’t sustainable. Hopefully a shift to big picture will keep me motivated.
