How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Ahhhh! I over ate while camping and am pretty sure there is no way for me to make my goal for this dietbet. I dont feel as upset as I thought I would though. I met my end goal for a transformer and have still lost over 10% of my weight since January!! Keep going fellow dietbetters!!!

8 days is a lot of time. Most of what you gained is water weight in that short period of time. You are definitely not out.
