For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Happy week #2! I hope everyone had a productive and awesome first week! I had a friend come and visit me over the weekend and I definitely had one too many treats so today I’m hitting it hard again! Before I get into the next weekly challenge, I want to announce last weeks winners:

    For our next weekly challenge I really want us to keep up the daily activity/movement if possible as well as track our nutrition and food intake. I know some of you don’t calorie count and thats okay :). This can also be a mindful eating exercise! I want for all of us to track our food daily.

    Here is what Im asking: Please track your food on your own and simply share one meal a day. You can share a picture of your meal, a simple comment of “ I had ___ for lunch”, or a screenshot of your tracking app. I personally use the free app version of the Lose It app and I love it so far! I highly recommend checking it out if you are looking for a new tracking app. Ill go ahead and pick three winners for a $10 Amazon gift card on Monday 6/21. You can post your daily meal here in this thread, the DietBet wall, or the Facebook group page. Lets stay focused during this second week because after this we are already half way done! We got this!!
