  • I posted this on my feed yesterday but wanted to add it here as a reminder that a goal without a PLAN is pointless. If you want to be successful at losing the 4% during this game you need to set some tangible action items that are realistic for you to stick with during the game. I urge you at the beginning of this week to set some additional goals besides just “lose weight” that will help you get there! Mine are listed below! Great some for yourself and stick them on your fridge, create a calendar that you can mark off each day you are successful in sticking to your goals, do SOMETHING that will help keep them top of mind to help you succeed with this game!
