  • Happy almost weekend friends! What are your plans for this weekend, but MORE IMPORTANTLY, what are your plans to stay on track during them to keep up your momentum in this game? I encourage you NOW to schedule when you will get your workouts done during the week and if you have any events going on that will involve splurges, prioritize what is important for you to splurge on and don’t let the entire weekend become a free for all. You got this!!!

    Currently typing this before 7AM while sweating it out on my elliptical. I plan on working out each day, and at a Bachelorette party I have tomorrow I’m bringing veggies and dip and regular seltzer’s as my contribution. Going to try to snack more on veggies than the other goodies and have more regular water seltzer’s than alcohol!

Saturdays are date nights with my hubby...planning to limit my wine intake and drink tons of water! I once heard "don't let the weekend be your weak end" and it stuck through the years. I love that!!

No plans for the weekend. I actually love a low-key weekend once in a while. The hubs is working so I'm getting my steps and workouts in while he's gone. Doing some yardwork too....that counts as a workout, right? Happy Friday everyone!!
