Happy Sunday friends - how are you using today to prepare yourself for another successful week ahead?? Is it a rest day so you are ready to be refreshed and energized for the gym tomorrow or are you getting your sweat on today? Even if today is not a scheduled workout day be mindful that any type of movement - short walks, cleaning, or even dancing around a bit to some of your favorite tunes help to get your heart rate up a bit during the day to keep active! I’m currently doing so light cardio and already have a fridge packed with meal prep for the week. No excuses over here for not making good choices this week - I hope you can set yourself up for success this week similarly with just a little mindful prepping and planning today!
