Looking for some advice! I’ve lost 2lbs and that’s where I’m staying, so frustrating 😔 I’ve been tracking calories and doing 30mins of hiit. I’ve never been one to know what to do at the gym so if anyone has any advice on workouts or better snacks/meals I’d appreciate it!😊
