How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Eh, no workout again, have a work deadline and a job interview(!) at lunch time. Or some kind of Zoom informational thing, but the next step in getting hired. We'll see.

Met some friends for lunch at an orchard yesterday. They have a nice restaurant there. Was hoping to go berry picking but we missed the window (guess it was June, only). Did a little walking outside. Not much to write home about, but it was VERY hilly and my dumb ass was in sandals. I did pack boots to change into, but like I said, the walk didn't look like much. I was mentally flipping through the handout from physical therapy, like, "Didn't it say not to walk on uneven surfaces in unsupportive footwear? Or that that was like the ultimate 'you're healed' goal/the final boss?" Anyway, I was a little nervous, but I made it out in one piece.

The BF and I split an entree to save $$ and calories.

I'll have to try, the aggressive sweetness is why I never liked more than one hard cider. Thanks for sharing!

Yeah, I think it's available outside of Iowa. Definitely beyond just Wilson's Orchard, anyway. (No, I didn't drink any of my take home pack yet, saving for a late night treat after a long day).
