For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

OK, I started late but I'm finally at my round 1 goal. Great start for a new week!
My goals this week: replace all snacks with 1 protein shake in the morning and one later in the day. I used to be super scared of protein because of some kidney issues in the past. But I recently did a macro tracking challenge and discovered how low my vegetarian diet dropped my protein numbers. I decided to work my way up to 0.5 g of protein per pound to see what happens.

Protein is such an interesting topic. Human milk is less then 1% Protein it is one of the lowest in all mammals. This is why it is so dangerous for a human baby to drink cows milk. People say the Protien content in human milk is ultra low. The also say human milk provides the best nutrition for babies. Sooo it appears evolution decided Protien isn't all that important...
