For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Today was another day I did the workout even though I didn't want to! I have had 6 days this month that I didn't go over my heart rate zone minutes exercise goal. Which is just fine if you ask me, a perfectly normal amount of rest days with how hectic life can be. My diet has also been in deficit, I've been tracking it all 1500 cals or less. Though as I find myself on month 9 of my WLJ the weight is not coming off as easily. Each weigh in I have I find myself cutting it so close! I haven't weighed in yet because I'm still not at weight.
    But I am trying!!!
