For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • I've been struggling mightily lately, with bad eating practices and several life events that were beyond my control. So yesterday I re-committed myself to getting back on track, and that includes trying to get at least 30 minutes of exercise every day. A late night JRA (Just Riding Around) ride accomplished the exercise, and a day full of healthy eating had brightened my mood. Ready to navigate the rest of this Transformer in style!

Well done Keith. We’ve all got times when it’s hard and that’s ok, but to get yourself back out and get moving again is something you should be so proud of, don’t give up!

life events are certainly a trigger for bad eating habits. Recognizing and getting back on track quickly is key to your continued success. But even more so, taking the time to really take care of yourself mind and body including time to rest.
