  • I want to encourage you to think about how much water you're getting daily. Being well hydrated is so beneficial for weight loss and good health!

    Here's a great reason to drink plenty of water:
    Drinking enough water is essential for burning off fat from food and drink, as well as stored fat!

    Many of you have already set a personal daily water goal for yourselves, how many ounces a day are you aiming for? How do you track your intake?

My goal is 80 oz and don’t tend to reach it unless I log it into MyFitnessPal. If I’m logging, I tend to make that goal easily on a hot day!

I try to drink half my body weight in water. Weekdays are easier than weekends when i get distracted by adult beverages :flushed:
