How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I need a little clarification. What is the latest I can submit my official weigh in if I am on the West Coast? I am running so close to my goal, but if I can do it, it is going to be a close call. A little help? I don’t want to miss the deadline.

The United States West Coast (California, Oregon and Washington state, and also British Columbia in Canada) are in the Pacific Time Zone. They say the deadline is 11:59 p.m. PST (Pacific Standard Time) but I wonder if they meant PDT (Pacific Daylight saving Time)?
