How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

It’s the accumulation of lots of little choices that add up to big results. One example is that I’m saying no to breads and baked goods. I have some gluten sensitivities, but more than that, not falling back on the GF alternatives (and just going with a lettuce wrapped burger, for example) cuts out unnecessary calories and keeps me focused on making better choices for myself. What are some small changes you are making that add up over time?

I'm trying to shift my thinking from all-or-nothing. That's a big change, but it shows up in little ways each day. Today, I had pizza and I wanted a sweet afterward. So, instead of saying f-it and having ice cream (since I had already "ruined the day"), I had my builtbar and just kept going with my day.

These are all great ideas that I will be borrowing from! Thanks for sharing everyone!
