I started to log my calories in the Loseit app. 😭 It's so depressing to think about calories! For years, I've lost weight just counting carbs. But I'd like to get leaner (dropping my body fat especially), so I'm logging to see my total calories and my ratios of fat, protein and carbs. Agh. I need to eat more protein and less fat, I think. We'll see how this goes. One part of my brain says, "slow and steady. It will come." Another part says, "Wah. I want more muscles and less fat NOW." But I know it will take time. Whether logging calories helps or hurts is the new experiment. 😊 (I've been logging my food in my BuJo for years, but not tracking calories/measurements.)

The Lose It app has been extremely instrumental in my weightloss!! I love how it syncs up with my fit bit to know just how much of the food I've consumed has been burned. It helps we judge if I should be having more protien in a day or not.
It's a really great tool, I think you will be happy with it! (Just ignore the tracking it does of that date it says you will hit your goal... that told me I would lose 100 lb in 4 months lol nope!)
