The last few months have been stressful with relocating a family of 6 with 4 pets across the country and I've been giving into stress by eating way too much chocolate. My goal for last week was just not to eat chocolate. I know from previous experience that not eating chocolate is the best way to curb my sugar cravings. Now that I feel I have my sugar tooth under control, this week I'm focusing on drinking a minimum of 60 ounces of water and planning healthy lunches. After eating too much chocolate, planning and eating a healthy lunch is my biggest stumbling block. What do you like to eat for lunch?

Lettuce wraps - tacos, tuna salad, pulled chicken, or turkey sandwiches
