3 days in Philly followed by a weeklong intensive training for teaching. They fed us we'll and open bar and I probably totally fucked up my progress for this round. Trying to get back on track tomorrow. Any tips for dropping the water weight and fixing what I did?

Just get right back on your plan. 3 days can set you back, but don’t beat yourself up about it! If you get right back on program any weight you gained will fall off. It’s what we do consistently and in the long term that determines if we fail or succeed. You know what to do, so now just show up and do it! You totally got this!

When you start dieting I think the first weight you lose comes from the glycogen in your muscles. There are only 500 calories per pound of water. I seem to have about 4 pounds (2000) calories that I maintain because that is usually what I lose and regain when I go on and off my diet. You can knock that out in 2 to 4 days.
