Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I’ve lost more than what I need to for this round, but have plateaued over the past 1.5 weeks, so to break through that, I’m going to up my water, and I’ve signed up for a trial week of boot camp-style workouts next week. I’m interested in seeing whether they give me a better workout than the peloton strength and core workouts I’ve been doing!
