Whole fruits and veggies. Nuts are a good choice too, but I would limit those 1/4 or 1/2 cup. I've had days where my daily calories have doubled cuz nuts are so great... ok it was trail mix... but unlimited strawberries, apples, oranges, baby carrots, bananas... maybe a sandwich on whole wheat bread with humis and shredded carrots, some greens, and cucumber slices... oooh that sounds good! Then bring the rest of the hummus for your baby carrots and some fresh broccoli! Ohmigosh... uh wait a sec, I can come right?
