  • Today was quite a challenge for me, I woke up with a massive headache and couldn't tell whether or not it was the "Keto Flu". All I wanted to do was grab all of my son's sweet treats out of our pantry and indulge! But instead, I grabbed keto options, which didn't satisfy my sweet tooth, but they did fill me up. I finished my day with a new recipe, and it made my whole day's struggle worth it! My favorite Keto meal yet!!!! If you like Asian/Thai/peanut flavors, this recipe is a must try! I added bacon and chicken to make it more filling.
    Also if you have any fav keto meals, please let me know! I'm still looking for more Keto recipes to try!

Not sure what you would call it, but the other day I diced up zucchini and layered the bottom of a large cake pan, sprinkled with everything but the bagel and olive oil, mixed so it was evenly coated. I then layered on some cheese. On top of the cheese I put layered on diced onion, mushrooms and ground up roast beef. Baked for 25 minutes. Topped it off with provolone cheese and baked for another 25. It was delicious and I will be making it again this weekend. My husband, who isn't keto loved it as well.

Peta - it just depends on your body. I can't have artificial sweeteners every day and lose weight. And, I don't make recipes from abigmansworld because I always gain weight from them (the sweet ones anyway). So you'll just have to experiment. If you make a lot of keto treats and your weight-loss slows, then you might want to eliminate or slow them down.
