Pretty shattered today. I weighed at 170 yesterday morning which was .7 under my goal and this morning I was waaaaay up at 173.8. I have no clue what went wrong... I’m going to fast all day today get a really good, long workout in and hopefully see a dramatic change tomorrow. If anyone has any ideas let me know! I can’t really afford to lose money on this and I’ve paid for the full game already.

Sorry to hear! But luckily 3.8lbs overnight probably isn’t all true fat (or muscle) gain. My advice: Drink water today and avoid salt. Try to stop eating 2-3 hours before going to bed, and I bet you’ll wake up your normal 170! Tbh I think this is exactly why they give us two days to weigh in

Did you move your scale? Our floors are not level and if I don’t weigh in at the exact same spot on the floor I can get a 2-3 lb difference. It’s crazy. And frustrating. I’m about to mark the spot on the floor with tape
