How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I met my goal for round 1 which I'm very happy about but today I've been looking at my personal *final* goal weight which is to lose another 65 lbs and im just feeling negative and defeated and not sure if I'll be able to stick to a program for THAT long. Obviously I didn't gain all this weight overnight so I can't lose it overnight but thinking about this as like a year long journey just feels very overwhelming and exhausting. Im currently on a sabbatical from work so I've been able to focus my energy towards becoming healthier but I will be returning to work soon and im a *STRESS EATER* and really worried about it.

What do yall do when you're feeling down, how do you turn your attitude around and not lose the inspiration? Halp. 😩

I like goals of ten pounds. Take each ten pounds as a goal in itself. Ten is very doable . Don't even put a time requirement on it. Just say to yourself- ten pounds and that it. I can do this. Don't think too far ahead.. make 10 ur goal. Once u hit it. Then go for another 10. Again, don't think too far ahead. Only ten. Tens work. It enough for a motivation and doable for motivation. Forget the other numbers burdening you.

I like to celebrate even the small goals by doing something that makes me feel confident in my skin. It could be dressing nice for the day or rocking some lip stick just to feel good about yourself. I've even went to get a facial when I got a goal. I feel that it helps to stay on track when I feel good about myself in general. Also treating myself with things that don't include fancy coffee or treats.
