Trying to lose another 3-4 LBS this week before we enjoy all inclusive food for 7 days in Mexico. I WILL be exercising on this vacation, but really concerned about all-u-can eat and drink. Any tips on how to enjoy it but not gain 5+ pounds?

All you can eat I assume is a buffet. My strategy is to have one small bite of everything :sweat_smile:

Well I did it! Maintained my weight. I worked out for an hour every day at the resort gym (very nice gym), limited my alcohol to 1-3 drinks per day and only had the lowest calorie drinks, no sweet blended stuff, and most days only had breakfast and dinner. It helped a lot that you’re not allowed to serve yourself at the buffets these days. Now to lose those last 2-2.5 LBS in a week. Totally doable. Yay! :tada::tada::tada:
