Erica, I absolutely relate to that! I was the same in grad school and have really struggled with not being able to feed a whole family instead of just myself. We can do it!!

I was doing an hour class at the gym 5x a week and running on Saturday. I was eating a lot of fruits and vegetables, particularly a big salad or soup for lunch everyday. I was not snacking.
