I’m back! Or at least determined to be!

I’ve more or less given up this whole round bc I keep letting life get the better of me, and focusing on myself and my health are always the first priority for me to abandon. But, I am determined not to give up overall. My goals still matter!

I have decided that to reboot this on the right foot, I am going to focus on the positive. WINS for today include:
1. I did not drink a single calorie.
2. I logged my calories for the first time in months.
