How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Any other spoonies is this challenge? Wondering what other chronic pain folks enjoy doing for exercise! I have my basic physical therapy moves and stretches, but a lot of things aren't possible for me. Please share! Hope everyone is having a great Tuesday!

LOL, it's funny that you said spoonies. I read about that when my fibromyalgia first kicked in. I mentioned it to my daughter, and even though I don't really think about it that much anymore, when I have a bad day she'll say "not enough spoons today, huh mom?". It's so sweet that she remembers that.

I don’t suffer from chronic pain but I do have tinnitus (chronic ear ringing). I also suffer from temporary hearing loss. I fractured my skull when I was 8 years old so I don’t have any memory of what it was like before having hearing issues.

I can’t imagine what chronic pain would be like but I can sympathize. :sparkling_heart: Stay strong! Be the best version of yourself!
