  • Haven’t been as active on here in awhile… weight has plateaued and I’m nervous about my goal this period again… ugh!

    Been landscaping my butt-off the past week and today I skipped Taekwondo because I’m just exhausted.

    However… I’ve kicked-off the week very well with my diet… and tonight’s dinner is something I whipped-together from scraps of this and that around the kitchen… soba, stir-fry noodles, green beans, carrots and onion greens from the garden. After dutifully tracking the ingredients, the whole plate is less than 600 calories

    Also, it’s actually not very good because I had to throw-together a stir fry sauce that’s just not really doing it for me… but I AM proud of myself for saving money and eating healthfully!

    Look out scale! Here I come!! Ha ha
