  • My FAVORITE kind of spaghetti!

    In the oven: (at 350 for 20-30 minutes)
    Spaghetti squash cut in half and gutted
    - lightly sprayed with cooking oil salt and peppers upside down on a cookie sheet with 1 garlic clove smushed underneath.
    This acts as the “noodles”.

    In a frying pan:
    • Cherry tomatoes cut in half
    • Kale
    • Spinach
    • Onion
    • fresh basil leafs
    And a dash of steak seasoning

    Oh and of course tofu if you choose.
