I haven’t put consistent effort in so far. I think I’ve allowed the long term of this game to put me in a mind set of just getting to the goal by the end, instead of hitting each of these rounds.

I didn't make this one. First one I've lost. This next month I'm focusing on mindset and discipline. I've been letting outside frustration/emotions make it ok for me to eat icky foods.
