Hey Kristen, can you share any tips on knowing what calories you should get in a day for weight loss? My weight keeps ping ponging and I vaguely remember there being a “sweet spot” for how much you should be consuming for your optimum weight loss. I’m still intermittent fasting and exercising 5-6 days a week but either I’m low balling my calories, so my body feels like it needs to keep everything, or I’m still doing something wrong. Please help
