I’ve noticed the group has gone quite quiet. I personally am struggling a bit, 10 months of dieting and I feel emotionally like I am done. Is anybody else feeling this way too? I know I am not as present on here when things are tough but I find it so helpful so see others posts. With the board so quiet now it’s not helping my motivation. That and it’s getting to mince pie season. Sigh.

I'm with you, my priorities have shifted. My lifestyle changes and the things I have learned have stayed with me and I'm maintaining my weight just below the goal for this game. But that isn't MY goal. My goal is to workout daily and fuel my body for mental and physical health. Time to focus up, to add years to my life and life to my years... yup I'll get on that tomorrow

I hear you on feeling emotionally done! I haven’t been at it nearly as long (only about 4.5 months!) it’s easy to feel weary after doing the same things for so long. It’s hard to stay focused. I personally will be trying to focus even more on healthy eating in these next few months because I don’t want to deprive myself completely of holiday treats at special occasions like thanksgiving or Christmas parties. I’m going to offset those occasions so I don’t spiral down! I do feel happy eating certain treats during the holidays and am owning up to that with a plan rather than saying “screw it!”
