Thank you for motivating me!!!

1. I bought some dessert tea and 3 new nail polish colors to keep me from eating after dinner.
2. I added a few different veggies to my normal veggie and protein filled grocery order to help curb by food boredom
3. I signed up for some online exercise classes to keep me moving
4. And, I decided that if I keep up my good habits (80% of the time) I get to take myself to the movies on Friday.

P.S. You are such a good influence on me. I went to the movies twice without eating popcorn or any snacks.
