I wish there was a way to reply to a specific comment...

JLynnW... What's helped me with office temptation in Oct was reframing my mindset and instead of just saying "no" I would tell myself "not right now" or "not today". It made it a little easier to deal because I know I'm not saying no forever, it's just a break. I also started making myself healthier/portion controlled treats that I could keep in my desk and pull out so I would still feel like I'm missing out on some office fun/bounding around food.
