How is everyone feeling?
I ask this because I’ve been steadily losing (and winning) for this game but my lower back is crying for help.

I’ve found I can’t work out as hard as I used or else my body will just shut down.

Does anyone have any good recovery remedies?

Do you have a foam roller? Those and lacrosse balls are my saving grace. I work in dental and my back is always giving me trouble

Update! I met with a trainer at work (benefit of performing) who gave me a series of core tightening exercises. A round of planks, alternating leg arm lifts and then a pelvic tilt popped everything back to where it needs to be! I instantly felt better!!! Can’t say it will always be this easy but I’m just glad I’m healthy enough to finish this final round strong!
