What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone

Daily mediation and journaling!! Those two things have made a HUGE impact in my life in the last few weeks that I started implementing them regularly. They help me to relax and clear my mind and real ease thoughts and feelings. This puts me in a better mindset to make healthier decisions both physically and mentally. I highly recommend!!

I think the one thing I learned is that it's ok to pick the workout you like instead of the one you had scheduled if it means you'll do it. Too often I just skip working out on days I hate part of my planned workout and this month I just substituted some days and felt so much less guilt
