How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I’ve been pretty quiet this round, but I’ve been reading and liking your posts everyday. For some reason, it’s been a rough month for me with nutrition. I would do great during the week and then on the weekend I would go overboard and eat all the crap. I think it’s because September brought a lot of activities (birthdays, play dates, and sleepovers) for my daughter and that always throws me off my routine.

Due to my poor choices, I continued to lose and gain the same 4 pounds all month. But I made it and that’s all that matters!
