How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

How is everyone doing? Usually I’m struggling to keep my eating in check by this point in a maintainer… but I’m starting to find a rhythm that works foe me here which involves eating with some discipline during the week and letting go on the weekends. Seems to be a balance that is (might hopefully be?) sustainable for me in the long term. Hope you are all finding that for yourselves also!

I had several motivations/goals for joining the Maintainer and I now realize these goals may have been conflicting. The obvious goal was to stay at the same weight, or maybe even lose a little. The other goal was to avoid gaining too much weight during a 3 week trip to Europe to visit family we hadn’t seen in 20 months. It was impossible to continue eating as I had been (same types of food not available/relying on eating as the family ate/language barrier to communicating (I don’t speak Dutch). So I guess given the challenges I’m doing OK - I think I’ll be able to weigh in at or just under my +3% allowable weight. I’m trying to accept this as a win from the perspective of reality rather than backsliding from the perspective of my ultimate goal weight.
